best buying experience.Garrett listens to everything you ask him to do..i asked for a walk around video.he does it..i called him up and asked him to get me more videos and pictures no problems he gets it..he makes the transaction so smooth..he explains and goes over everything in detail..makes your car buying experience wonderful.if anyone is looking for a car..go to lake norman auto...ask for garrett you wont regret it...

I recently purchased a 2021 Lexus ES 350. First off, I have never purchased a vehicle out of state without driving it first. I was nervous about the purchase. Garrett was great to deal with, he made me a video of the car to ease my mind. The entire experience was great, Garrett arranged the transportation to my home in Texas. Had a great experience here a Lake Norman Auto Sports. Garrett was awesome to work with, easy to communicate and no pushy sales. After having dealt with numerous of the big name dealerships I was relieved to find this family owned business. They had the truck ready at my appointment time, it was clean and in great shape. I purchased a 2500 Silverado High Country from lake Norman auto sports with the help of Garrett! They were not pushy whatsoever about the sale (which is a huge plus for me). Mandy was also very helpful with the process. They offered a very competitive price on the vehicle I purchased as well as trade in value on the vehicle I traded in. Definitely give them a call or stop by if they have a vehicle you are interested in. They even filled up the tank for me before I left!
